Dinesh shares his advice on how to survive a relationship gone wrong. He says:

  • Do what you enjoy the most.
  • Learn a new activity, be it sports or arts; train for a marathon or learn swimming.
  • Keep yourself busy.
  • Keep yourself in good company.
  • Join a volunteering club.
