Daniella Sankar Kathiresh and her groom Kathiresh married twice: Once in Trinidad &Tobago where Daniella resides and then in Coimbatore, India, Kathiresh's hometown.

The couple had two Hindu wedding ceremonies and two receptions: Trinidad and Tobago, West Indies (April 21, 2011), and (June 5, 2011), in Coimbatore.

Their wedding in Trinidad was solemnised according to north indian tradition and the one in Coimbatore in traditional south indian style. "We had a great time planning the wedding and the receptions since he was in India and I was in Trinidad and Tobago and we used skype and e-mail to finalise our wedding clothes, accessories and even the rings," says Daniella.
