Swapnil Shinde presented an ultra-mod line of garments called 'Frozen Fragility' at the LFW yesterday.

To the strains of haunting music and an eerie display of laser lights, the show opened with three draped gowns in red, black and white with wired wing-like shapes to depict the flying pallav of the heroine in a Bollywood horror movie.

Cinched waistlines, voluminous skirts, exaggerated sleeves and prominent shoulders defined the designs, created a space-age feel on the ramp -- take a look.

Seen here is model Amrit Maghera, in a fierce gold wire-winged top and blue skirt.

Alesia Raut steps out in a black and blue pleated ensemble, with a dupatta-like drape flowing over one shoulder.

Hemangi Pate channels dark glamour in this fluid sheer blue gown, with a nude lining showing from underneath.

Twirling in a white button-down dress we see Sanea Shaikh.

Cocktail chic comes into focus with this white mini, the grey drape detailing to one side adding an unusual touch.

Anchal Kumar struts her stuff in a feminine white outfit teamed with a transparent white button-down.

Another white mini with black lining and a single cascading sleeve makes its presence felt on the runway.

The designer offers up another of his upright wired effect creations in yellow.

This silk teal jumpsuit has a great fit and is cinched at the waist by an attention-grabbing belt.

Similar designs float out in black and white, the trademark wire effect adding drama to both.

Shinde steps out hand-in-had with Amrit Maghera as the audience applauds his eerie effort.
