Sachin Tendulkar ended his Ranji Trophy career on a high, his half-century helping Mumbai overcome a spirited challenge from Haryana in their season-opener and win by four wickets, at Lahli, near Rohtak, on Wednesday.

This was Tendulkar's last match for Mumbai. The veteran batsman will retire from cricket after the two-Test series against the West Indies next month.

Rajneesh Gupta presents the important milestones of Tendulkar's career:

- Tendulkar made his Ranji Trophy debut against Gujarat in December 1988, at the age of 15 years, 230 days, and scored an unbeaten 100 -- becoming the youngest Indian to score a hundred on first-class debut.
