Wipro Chairman Azim Premji on Thursday came out strongly against the idea of formulating laws on mandatory spending by industry on corporate social responsibility.

Premji was addressing a joint press conference in New Delhi with philanthropists Bill Gates, Melinda Gates and Warren Buffett.
