Domestic airlines carried 550.32 lakh (55.032 million) passengers during January-November 2011 as against 468.09 lakh (46.809 million) passengers during the corresponding period of previous year, registering a growth of over 17.6 per cent.

Kingfisher (Rank 5)

Kingfisher has seen its worst fall. After being beaten by IndiGo in October, now SpiceJet is also ahead of Kingfisher.

The market share of Kingfisher Airlines has fallen as capacity was reduced during November due to seat reconfiguration of their A320 aircraft, says DGCA.

In November Kingfisher had the highest flight cancellation rate at 2.6%.
