The Taj group of hotels offers its summer packages for its hotels in Aurangabad, Chiplun, Nashik, Goa, Pune and Bombay valid till September 30, 2000.

The package includes accommodation in an air conditioned deluxe room, meals and taxes.

The package for an air conditioned double room is priced at Rs 6,000 per couple for two nights and three days.

Children below five not requiring an extra bed will not be charged for the room, meals extra. Children between five and 12 will be charged Rs 600 for the package. An extra person will be charged Rs 1,400 for the package.

The package includes a welcome drink on arrival, breakfast, dinner, free use of the health club, swimming pool, tennis, badminton courts, table tennis and taxes.

The Nilambag Palace Hotel at Bhavnagar, in Gujarat, a heritage hotel located in a palace belongs to the Bhavnagar royal family. The palace was built in 1859 by a German architect and is set in 40,000 sq. ft of lawn and garden.

The closest airport to this desert town is Jodhpur. Alliance Air flights connect Jodhpur to New Delhi, Bombay and Udaipur.
