National Boxing Championship
The inaugural Inter-zonal National Boxing Championships concluded in Mumbai on Sunday. The Army team, representing the Indian Amateur Boxing Federation, was a class above the rest of the field.
Besides winning the team honours, it won the best boxer and most promising boxer awards.

Thapa outscored Gill 32-12 to win the bout and the title.
