Kashmir celebrates Dussehra after 20 years

The Pandits held the festival in the high-security Sheri Kashmir cricket stadium for security reasons, while the Dussehra festival was traditionally held at Iqbal Park in Srinagar before the outbreak of militancy in Kashmir.
The Samiti thanked the majority community and the divisional administration for their support and cooperation, which "helped organize the festival in a peaceful manner".
