An estimated 8,000 Israeli troops are now in southern Lebanon and as children bear the brunt of this war, international aid workers are making every effort to reach food, medicine and help to them.
It has not been easy gaining access to children in need with a war raging through. While the world watches in grief the plight of children in the war zone, hope only lies in the cessation of hostilities.

For this to happen, the international community will have to act fast.
For the sake of the children of Lebanon, this war needs to end soon.
