Atal Bihari Vajpayee swept into Bombay for a few hours on Sunday to attend Mahavir Jayanti celebrations organised in the city. The prime minister took an apparent dig at the National Democratic Alliance ally, the Shiv Sena, whose reported reluctance to participate in the proposed NDA rally in Bombay on the tehelka expose led to its cancellation.
