My characters are real. Vinod, the hero in this film, is a representative of a section of our youth who shirk their responsibilities.
Also, I do believe that regardless of the growth of technology, our basic feelings have not changed with the times.
After working with Dileep in Thooval Kottaram, how was it working with him after he became one of the top heroes in the industry?
For me, Dileep is still this talented boy next door (smiles). Of course, he has grown up as an actor. I remember him telling me at the beginning of this film that his efforts will be not be to act, but to be natural to the core. Believe me, he has lived up to it.
