Ileana, who burst on the scene with Devadasu, and was the new flavour of Telugu cinema with Pokiri, had two releases in the first half: Munna and Aata.

This lissome girl who radiates enough oomph on the scene had full scope to do so in the songs of both the films. In Munna, Ileana was more a glamour-girl with little scope to prove her acting skills. Her gorgeous hourglass figure apart, Ileana proved her acting mettle with Aata. In fact, it was the acting from lead pair Siddharth and Ileana that elevated Aata to a large extent.
