Sekhar Kammula: Women and men are the same
Sumanth and Komalini have given excellent performances. The chemistry between them was good. How instrumental were you in bringing this out?
I write the script and give the actors the liberty to perform. I think the chemistry comes from their working together. They are good actors.
Using dogs as breathers was interesting -- how did you hit upon this idea?
More than fun, there was an underlying philosophy about humans I needed to get across. Violence has become so integral, that dogs probably think they are supposed to be human now. I wanted to offer humour with a comment.
