Conmen Jai (Dutt) and Veeru (Govinda) accidentally kill Tiger (Rajat Bedi), younger brother of kingpin John (Ashish Vidyarthi).

In order to hide from the bad guys, they flee to Goa and move in with a family, even helping them out in their business. They try to leave their past behind, but it doesn't leave them so easily.
