So, how big is this Bigger Bang going to get?
Plenty big, if recent reports are anything to go by. The tour lasts around 18 months, for one, although the band has had a history of extending dates at will. Apart from the usual set of countries on the agenda, the Stones will stop by Brazil, Argentina and Mexico for their first Latin American shows since 1998. They will also play in Puerto Rico for the first time ever.
As exciting as watching the band itself, however, is the stunning list of opening acts lined up. It's a strong testament to the kind of idolatry the band inspires, boasting, among others, biggies such as Black Eyed Peas, Maroon 5, Alanis Morissette, Beck, Pearl Jam, John Mayer Trio, Motley Crue and Metallica!
Is India on the list? No word yet. 98 per cent of available tickets have already sold out though. So, if they're headed this way, keep your eyes peeled.
