The Bollywood bug bit the king of good times too!

The booze baron co-produced his first film Rakht with Suniel Shetty’s Popcorn Entertainment.

The movie had a big cast -- Sanjay Dutt, Shetty, Bipasha Basu, Dino Morea, Amrita Arora and Neha Dhupia. It also saw special appearances by Abhishek Bachchan and Yana Gupta.

But the supernatural thriller, directed by Mahesh Manjrekar, flopped.

Mallya has not yet announced his next project.
