Sanjeev Narula oversees an office in Memphis, Tennessee, and operations in Ireland, China, India and Romania. He is responsible for overseeing a network of shared services for the company and serves on a team driving significant operational savings over the next several years.
He has more than 20 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and shared service strategy planning and deployment, and has successfully led teams that rationalized and changed business processes.
He joined Pfizer in August 2004 as vice president of North American Shared Services, leading the company's Memphis site and providing strategic guidance and direction to the organisation. He also provided advice to senior management in recommending ways to streamline and standardize operations.
Before joining the company, Narula was with American Express for 10 years and served as vice president of global management reporting. He also held management positions at Xerox and AF Ferguson Company. He earned a master's in Global Business Management from the University of Phoenix and a bachelor's in commerce in accountancy from Delhi University. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Virendra Patel is the president of Shriji Pharmacy, a business he started in the 1970s. His retail drug store was the first one to be established in Brentwood, New York. A few years later, he opened another pharmacy in Mount Vernon, New York.
He was also one of the founding executive members of the Indian American Pharmaceutical Association.
He owns two motels in New Jersey and one in Pennsylvania. He is a founding member of the Global Business Forum, which aims to improve relationships between Indian and American companies.
Patel received a degree in pharmacy from Gujarat and earned his license in the US in 1974 while working in the generic pharmacy industry.
Ravilochan Pola is the chief executive officer, Kotak Mahindra Inc, in New York. It is a subsidiary of one of India's largest financial services group, Kotak Mahindra Bank. Pola is a chartered accountant and law graduate with over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking. He has been associated with the Kotak Mahindra group since 1994.
At Kotak, he started his career as the head of syndications and head of various regions in India for its corporate finance activities. He later joined its investment banking group, Kotak Mahindra Capital Company. Earlier, he worked at Goldman Sachs JV.
