Aashish Kalra is the co-founder and managing director of Trikona Capital, a leading institutional investment vehicle for real estate and related infrastructure projects in India. Trikona also manages Trinity Capital PLC, a GBP250 million Indian real estate fund publicly listed in 2006 on the London Stock Exchange's AIM.
Trikona's diversified portfolio of investments together helps create an ecosystem of developments that will assist in India's continued economic and social development.
Prior to founding Trikona, Kalra was involved with a number of information technology and venture capital firms, including the co-founding of venture incubator Spydre Technologies, where he built a portfolio of a dozen companies.
He received his masters in international finance from Brandies University in Waltham, Massachusetts, and did his bachelor's in economics from St Stephens College, Delhi.
Al Limaye founded Logistic Solutions, which has won numerous awards including the Deloitte & Touche, New Jersey Fast 50, NJ Top 100 by Div2000.com, Software Product of the Year for one of its software products by the New Jersey Technology Council, and fastest-growing private company in the US by Inc 500 magazine.
Before he started the business, he held various management positions in General Electric, AT&T, and Lucent Technologies.
Limaye served as an executive board member of TiE, a global network of entrepreneurs and professionals, and headed its expansion in New Jersey. He serves as a board member at Pace university's computer science department. He also serves on the board of the Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce and spearheads its information technology committee.
He often mentors young entrepreneurs as part of Middlesex County College, TiE TriState and other forums. He has declared the Business Leader of the Year (New Jersey), nominated for E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year 2003, and holds a US patent for a software product.
He obtained a master's degree in computer science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in 1987.
Sanjay Bose is general manager for protective systems testing at Con Edison. He is responsible for all relay protection, supervisory control, and data acquisition systems at over 94 substations.
Bose joined Con Edison in 1986. Over the past 20 years, he has initiated numerous research and development projects to develop and implement novel systems to improve processes, reduce costs and increase electrical system reliability.
He also plays an active role in employee development by being a member of the Gold programme committee and internally providing personal guidance to numerous Gold graduates to excel and become subject matter experts.
All of them are highly regarded by the company's executives and are invaluable assets to Con Edison. Bose received a bachelor's degree in power electrical engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology in India in 1985.
C N Madhusudan is an executive with over 22 years experience in setting up and managing software-, training- and knowledge-based businesses.
As one of the early members of the team that built NIIT, the computer education major, in India, he held key roles including setting up NIIT's Chennai and Bangalore operations, turning around NIIT's Mumbai operations and establishing many its functions.
Under his leadership, NIIT USA became NIIT's largest overseas operation and was nominated twice for the Atlanta International Business Award. He is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He lives in Atlanta with his wife and daughter.
