The Global Talent Programme (GTP), Infosys's university-level recruiting programme outside of India, was created to enhance recruitment efforts to attract the best and brightest talent in the countries and communities in which Infosys operates.
Trainees recruited for GTP undergo a customised education and orientation programme created to ensure that they are trained adequately with technical skills, necessary client-facing skills and sufficient live project exposure in the global delivery model.
Following the four-month educational programme in Mysore, these Infoscions are allocated to development centres in India for two months to gain hands-on experience with real projects. Following the successful completion of the six-month orientation, they join Infosys offices across the world.
