Chandresh Nigam joins Pru-ICICI MF

Chandresh Nigam will join Prudential-ICICI MF in July as senior fund manager (equity), and will report to Dileep Madgavkar, vhief investment officer.

Chandresh is a Mechanical Engineer form IIT Delhi and an alumnus of IIM Calcutta Class of 1991. He began his career with SBI Caps, and since 1993 has been associated with Zurich Asset Management Company.

In his ten years with Zurich he handled various funds, his last assignment was managing Zurich's three flagship equity funds with an aggregate corpus of Rupees 3.3 billion (Zurich India Equity Fund, Zurich India Capital Builder, Zurich India Tax Saver).

Prudential ICICI Asset Management Company (PIAMC) is investment manager to the largest private sector mutual fund in the country, the Prudential ICICI Mutual Fund.
