Paneer Bhurji Roll: 10-Min Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 hot dog rolls, sliced lengthwise
  • 1 cup ready Paneer Bhurji 
  • 50 gm butter
  • 50 gm grated cheese

  • 1 tomato, chopped or sliced
  • ½ Shimla mirchi or green capsicum or bell pepper, chopped

  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 green chilly, chopped fine

Method

  • Butter lavishly the insides of the hot dog rolls.
    Lay flat, buttered sides up, on a flat surface or cutting board.

  • Divide the Paneer Bhurji between 2 of the buttered roll slices.
    Over the bhurji layer, add a layer of tomatoes.
  • Then a layer of onions, capsicum, chillies.

  • Finish with a layer of grated cheese.
    Cover the filled hot dog slices with the remaining 2 buttered slices.

  • Warm in an oven or microwave briefly, till the cheese gets melty.
    Top with a little butter.
  • Serve warm, maybe with a little salad on the side; Serves 1-2
