Romancing the Nilgiris
At Dolphin's Nose we tasted different types of tea and my absolute favourite was Chocolate Tea which actually tastes like hot chocolate and has a special method of preparation.
I quite liked the famous Orange Pekoe as well but it can cost as much as Rs 600 per kg!

I love the smell of tea although I am not an avid tea connoisseur. I love its rich aroma. So while our guide at Brooklands Tea Factory was showing and explaining the various steps involved in the process of making tea from the fresh green leaves, I was trying to assimilate that wonderful smell for my memories!
