Shiva mudra

November 28, 2007
Hold your left hand out. Stretch out your thumb. Weave your right hand around your left hand, circling the fingers around it. Now complete the clasp -- circle your left hand fingers around the right hand. Let your left thumb continue to be stretched out, upwards. The index finger and the thumb of your right hand must form a ring around it.

Hold the hands in this fashion in front of you, at the navel for three to five minutes. (Either left or right thumb may be stretched out.)
