ith a collection called Madonna [Images] Meets Sita -- meant to signify the marriage between the modern and the traditional -- Satya [Images] Paul's son Puneet Nanda unveiled a collection that was rich, deep and complete.
There were muted whites (ivory) to signify purity and tradition. There were blacks to signify depth and modernity. And there was a profusion of colours to symbolise the essence of life.
Silks, georgettes, net, silk, satin evoked an image of soft femininity, yet were structured along Western silhouettes.
The line of separates starts from Rs 5,000.
