102 persons from Kuwait return to India

March 21, 2003 15:14 IST

A total of 102 persons returned to India on Friday morning from Kuwait by a scheduled Indian Airlines flight (IC-982), following the US-led strike against Iraq.

Of these, 44 disembarked in Ahmedabad while the rest proceeded to Hyderabad.

"As of now, there has been no official intimation to cancel this bi-weekly Kuwait-Ahmedabad-Hyderabad flight," an airline spokesman said.
