Delhi: Security beefed up at US, UK establishments December 30, 2006 11:23 IST
Security has been stepped up at all American and British establishments in the capital soon after the execution of ousted Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein early Saturday morning. A senior police official said additional security personnel has been deployed at prominent American and British establishments situated in the high-security Chanakyapuri area. Police were keeping a special watch on the Embassies of United States and Britain, the officer said. Ousted Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein was executed on Saturday morning in Baghdad.
