The langar set up by Sant Baba Mann Singh uses 25 sacks of flour every day and has an equipment that can knead 60 kgs of flour at a time. Food is cooked on 70 large stoves and distributed to over a lakh people twice a day. Lunch timings are between 11 am and 3 pm and dinner between 6 pm and 11 pm. Over 700 volunteers have come from Punjab, along with 70 security guards to assist in the operation.
