The hospital set up by the Red Cross at the Lalan College ground, according to spokesperson Jemini Pandya, functions as the main referral hospital. The only other 100 bed make-shift hospital is at the Jubilee ground. About 130 expat doctors and staff from 19 countries have been stationed to provide free medical aid. The 350 bed hospital is likely to function in Bhuj for four months, or up to a year if the society is able to raise funding.
