Arjun Kapoor ‏is training hard for director Mohit Suri’s next Hindi film Half Girlfriend.

He posted a selfie and tweeted, ‘Practice sleep practice sleep repeat & repeat !!! #basketball #halfgirlfriend.’ 

‘The Pain is real...the pain is a reminder to push beyond it...the pain is a reminder that u can break the Barrier...the pain is good,’ he added.

The film, which is based on a Chetan Bhagat novel by the same name, will also star Shraddha Kapoor.

The historical drama, which also stars Hugh Bonneville, Gillian Anderson, Manish Dayal, Om Puri and Sarah Jane Dias, talks about Lord Mountbatten’s last few days of stay in India before independence.
