Cracking up with Shenaz!

For bubbly and vivacious Shenaz Treasurywala, keeping quiet is an alien concept, which makes her a perfect choice to host the fourth season of the comdey fiesta, The Great Indian Laughter Challenge on Star One.

And not even Shatrughan Sinha, who judges the show could keep the Ishq Vishq girl down, though she was initially worried that he would ask her to 'Khamosh'.

Now that she is back doing what she does best, Nithya Ramani caught up with the former MTV veejay to learn more. Excerpts:

After Ishq Vishq we have not seen much of you lately. The reason?

I just returned to India a month ago from Los Angeles where I was living for the past couple of years. I feel so blessed to receive such a warm welcome back.

After Ishq Vishq and MTV, I decided to take some time off to follow my own dreams of writing and travelling. That is how I got into hosting and producing travel shows for Discovery Travel Channel. I also time out to write a screenplay, a cross-cultural offbeat romantic comedy which I will be starring.

I love the business and am happy hosting, acting and writing. One day I hope to direct too. I give everything I do my 200 percent, and always make sure that I have fun while doing it.
