Plot: Mumbai's Popatlal Chunilal Garodiya Chawl plays host to 49 families. Everyday emotions like love, joy, sorrow, anger and hate weave through their lives.
One day, landlord Praveenseth decides he wants to replace the chawl with a multistorey building. The residents fight his decision and one of them plays such a trick that the landlord is scared to be seen in the area.
Praveenseth strikes back. Will he succeed in his nefarious plans?
