Anjolie Ela Menon

March 6, 2009
One of India's most celebrated contemporary artists, Anjolie embarked upon her career early in life. At the age of 18 she held her first solo showing and such was her talent that the French Government presented her with a scholarship to the exclusive art school École des Beaux-Arts in Paris. Awarded the Padma Shri in 2000, her works are coveted by collectors all over the globe and sell at steep prices.

Life lesson from Anjolie:

  • Forge your way ahead and focus on what it is you want to do.
