Need an energy boost? Read this

A lot of people don't start exercising thinking that it will drain them of their energy leaving them with less energy through the day. In reality, quite the opposite is true.

Once you start exercising, your stamina and energy levels increase so you can actually do more and feel less tired. However this statement will hold true only if you are getting the right fuel and nutrition from your diet as well.

If you are working out harder but eating less, ie, if you are creating a negative calorie balance, chances are you will find your stamina lowered and will feel a constant sense of tiredness. To make sure you strike a balance, here are a few tips on how to improving your stamina by eating right along with your workout.
