Satyam Computer Services Ltd expects to hire a large number of people consisting of both trainees and young experienced professionals, during this financial year.
Mukund Menon, Vice President of HR, speaks of the company's recruitment plans.
"We expect to hire 14,000 to 15,000 associates for IT services. The ratio of freshers to experienced professionals will tend to be more or less equal," says Menon.
Hiring period: "We will be hiring all through the year, while campus hiring will depend upon the academic calendar."
Positions available: "The positions to be filled will typically include team members, project leaders, project managers, program managers, solution architects, and domain experts," says Menon. "The positions available to freshers will be those of team members, working under a project leader."
