15 killed as Al Qaeda men clash with guards in Pakistan

Seven Al Qaeda fighters and eight Pakistani soldiers were killed on Wednesday in a clash near the Afghanistan border, officials said.

The incident occurred in Sadda town, about 120 km west of Peshawar.

The clash occurred when Al Qaeda fighters snatched arms from their Pakistani guards while they were being shifted from the town, officials said.
