UK police are appealing for information after an Indian rider's motorbike, used for a round-the-world trip, was stolen in Nottingham. The bike contained the rider's passport, laptop, and other personal belongings.
Nottinghamshire police said the 31-year-old suspect, who remains in custody, then went on to stab a man in his 50s to death and also attempted to run over three people - still in hospital - with a van stolen from that man.
The Nottinghamshire police said Valdo Calocane has also been charged with three counts of attempted murder of three victims injured in the attack and will appear at Nottingham Crown Court on Saturday.
