How do I find the answer to my question/problem?
The questions have been arranged by Service and by Category within each Service. Please select the service and the category within that service that you have have a question on and pick the question that is closest to the one that you have. The answer should provide you with the necessary information that you need.

What do I do if I am not satisfied with the answer?
If any of your questions are not answered to your satisfaction, you may use the forms that have been provided to write in to us with your question or problem. Please remember to write your name, email address and phone number so that we can contact you if we need any further information from you.

When do I get an answer/resolution to my problem?
If you do write in to us, then a case will be opened for you in our system and a tracking number will be assigned to you. You will be informed of this tracking number in an email communication that you will receive. A Customer Care Representative will then study your question or problem and will work towards providing you with a solution. Depending on the complexity of your case, the resolution could take anywhere between 24 to 48 hours from the time your case is registered in our system. You will be intimated if your problem is going to take longer than that. Once your case is resolved you will be informed by email.
