PHOTOS: Hockey time for Canadian PM Trudeau

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau participated in a road hockey event in New Delhi on Saturday.

 

Trudeau, along with his wife Sophie Gregoire, presented Canada’s ice hockey jerseys to the budding Indian girls team during the event at the Canadian High Commission.

Canadian ice hockey player and Olympian Hayley Wickenheiser was also present during the event and she shared her knowledge of the game with the young Indian girls.

Wickenheiser won four golds and one silver medal for Canada in the five appearances at the Winter Olympics.

India's six time Winter Olympian Shiva Keshavan was also present at the event.
