Goa, Uttarakhand and Arunachal Pradesh registered wins in their respective matches on the third day of the 16th Hockey India Sub Junior Men's National Championship here on Friday.
In a Division C clash, Goa defeated Hockey Rajasthan 7-0 in Pool B with Karan Kumar (2nd minute, 12th, 44th) scoring a hat-trick. Sahil Pramod (17th), Dilshad Ali (27th), Shreyesh Hundre Changadev (30th) and Ankit (38th) also found the back of the net.
Uttarakhand beat Bengal 5-2 in Division B with Vicky Singh Bohra (1st, 4th) and Govind Singh (7th, 60th) scoring a brace each. Aman Kumar (52nd) scored the other goal for Uttarakhand.
For Bengal, captain Riju Bar (9th) and Sujal Turi (22nd) were the goal scorers.
In another Division B match, Arunachal defeated Bihar 4-2.
Shubham Rajbhar (7th), Deepak Rao (24th), Ramansh Singh (34th) and Mohit Yadav (38th) scored a goal each for Arunachal, while Suman Kumar (2nd) and Captain Abhay Shah (58th) were on target for Bihar.
