Saurav Ghosal goes down fighting

India's Saurav Ghosal went down to England's Alister Walker 11/9, 6/11, 11/7, 11/9 in the second qualifying round at the 2007 Sheikha Al Saad Kuwait Open on Saturday.

India's top rated squash player, presently ranked 40 in the world, had defeated Mohammed Hajeyah of Kuwait in the first round, a release from the Squash Rackets Federation of India said. Walker is ranked 28th in the world.

The Sheikha Al Saad Kuwait Open attracts the world's top men and women players.

The Women's International Squash Players' Association (WISPA) Open is a gold event, offering USD 50,000 prize fund, while the men's Professional Squash Association (PSA) Super Series Platinum event will provide USD 200,000 prize fund.
