We are sure you have seen enough people getting hurt trying to tame bulls. But ever seen wild horses giving a hard time?

Every year, in Montevideo -- the largest city and the capital of Uruguay -- horse-taming is among the favourite events to look forward to during the week-long national festival

Gauchos -- a term commonly used to describe cowboys from parts of Argentina, Uruguay, Southern Chile, and Southern Brazil -- come to Montevideo during the 'Criolla' (Creole) Week to compete for the award of best rider. This year 90 riders are competing
