Vajpayee,
now chairman of the BJP Parliamentary Party, said he and his party colleagues will play the role of a constructive opposition, raising important issues in the interest of the people in Parliament.
He assured that BJP MPs will not indulge in unruly actions in the House.
To a question, he said there is a "lot of difference" between the National Democratic Alliance's agenda for governance and the ruling United Progressive Alliance's Common Minimum Programme. He did not elaborate.
