Indian Police Service officer R K Sharma, prime accused in the Shivani Bhatnagar murder case, on Friday moved a Delhi court praying for interim bail to attend his elder daughter's engagement ceremony on February 28.
Additional Sessions Judge J M Malik issued notices to the prosecution and set February 24 for hearing the application.
