In the first action against indiscipline in the wake of the electoral drubbing in Himachal Pradesh, the Bharatiya Janata Party on Wednesday issued a show cause notice to Rural Development Minister Shanta Kumar.
Kumar had made comments against the Prem Kumar Dhumal government before the election.
