An Indian accountant working with a commercial establishment in Saudi Arabia has been killed and 10,00,000 riyal (approx Rs 1.2 crore) was looted from him, a media report said Monday.

Police arrested three men who were believed to have committed the crime by breaking into the building on King Abdul Aziz Street in Jeddah at the time of the Isha prayer and took the large sum of money they found in the safe.

They killed Ali and threw his body in an unused well behind the Caravan Shopping Center on Hail Street, the report said adding, the body had marks indicating that the victim had been strangled.

The police are also looking for a fourth suspect, the newspaper said.
