PHOTOS: India, Japan naval exercise JIMEX-2020

Amid the border tensions with China, the 4th edition of India-Japan maritime bilateral exercise JIMEX, between the Indian Navy and Japanese Maritime Self-Defense Force completed 3-day exercise on Monday, September 28.

The Indian Navy and Japanese Maritime Self-Defense Force ships undertook weapon drills, anti-air and anti-submarine warfare exercises, weapon firings, tracking and tactical manoeuvres.

 

JIMEX series of exercises commenced in January 2012 with a special focus on maritime security cooperation.

Here are some of the glimpses of the exercise held in the North Arabian Sea.
