The Delhi high court on Monday issued a notice to the Union government on a Public Interest Litigation seeking direction to the Intelligence Bureau to share certain confidential information on the Navy war room leak case with the Central Bureau of Investiagtion.
The direction was issued on a PIL filed by Centre, which alleged that the IB was concealing vital information in the case to protect certain highly influential personalities.
