Officials said it had been snowing heavily between Patnitop and Batote since Thursday.
Jawahar Tunnel in Banihal was also inaccessible.
The Jammu-Doda and Rajouri-Poonch routes were also closed.
The weather had affected air traffic from Srinagar on Thursday.
