STF chief V K Singh confirmed the development to rediff.com. He said it is a big challenge for the STF. "It is not just a case of abduction or a criminal case. It is a big case connected with the development of the state," Singh said.

"If we fail, it will affect the state's development and no central agency official will prefer to work in Bihar," he said.
